Registration for the 2024 Missoula Children’s Theatre camp is currently closed since we have reached capacity. If you would like to join the waitlist, please email Jodi at missoula@pctshows.com.

This July, Pickerington Community Theatre will host Missoula Children’s Theatre for a weeklong theatre camp for children entering 1st grade through 12th grade!

Camp dates are July 22 through July 27, 2024.

The weeklong camp begins with an open group audition (Monday) and culminates in two public performances (Saturday at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM). Fifty to sixty students are cast and well-rehearsed throughout the week, learning lines, songs, and choreography to perform as an ensemble in producing a full-length musical. MCT’s shows are original adaptations of children’s stories and fairytales–a twist on the classic stories that we all know and love!

This year, PCT will present MCT’s Peter and Wendy! When Captain Hook sends his right-hand man, Smee, on a quest to capture Peter Pan, it’s seemingly business as usual…at first. Little does Hook realize what fantastic adventures await him and his pirate posse in their search for the elusive Peter Pan. Mistaken identities, ever-morphing clouds, a classy crocodile, some very lost boys, and a fickle shadow all add to the mayhem. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Darling embark on a quest of their own and find themselves trekking everywhere from Hawaii to the North Pole in search of their three missing children. With help from the earth-friendly Neverlanders, exotic Neverland creatures, and faithful Tinker Bell, the Darling children are found, disputes are ultimately resolved, and everyone–including Captain Hook–finds a place where they truly belong.
